Junior B: Our junior b hurlers continued their impressive championship campaign with a hard fought victory over near neighbours Fedamore. In a tight contest throughout Fedamore started well and slipped in for an early goal but points from Conor McCarthy and Larry Browne kept us in touch, indeed we were unlucky to not raise a green flag ourselves with a couple of goal chances not finding the net. The lads were working hard up front and kept winning frees which were being duly converted by Conor McCarthy we went in at half-time trailing by 1-07 to 0-8  with the match very much in the balance. Our opponents came on strong at the beginning of the second half and took a four point lead which could have being more only for the backs hard work and net minder John Hanly bringing off a couple of saves. Bally fought back excellency to bring the sides level with 10mins to go thanks to Larry Browne  and Conor McCarthy scoring points from play but our opponents re took the lead and led by 2 points with a couple of minuets remaining. Late drama followed with the industrious Tommy Carroll hitting the deck a penalty was awarded Conor McCarthy stepped up and smashed it home we led for the first time in the game and a point soon after from Dennis Stack wrapped up the two points on a final score line of 1-15 to 1-13. Well done to all involved with another impressive win for the lads team from John Hanly, Kevin McCarthy, Barry Laffan, Sean Browne, Adrian Lennon, Eoin Lyons, Cathal O Neil, David Ryan, Conor McCarthy, Larry Browne, Adam McCarthy, Tommy Carroll, Joseph Teefy, Jamie O Donoughe, David O Neill, Dylan Conway, Eoin Frawley.
